Payment Terms and Billing
Subscription Plans
Quick2Query offers various subscription plans with different features and API usage limits. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy.
Billing Cycle
- • Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days
- • Annual subscriptions are billed every 365 days
- • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
- • Failed payments may result in API access suspension
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email and may cancel their subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Rights
The Quick2Query platform, including its API, software, algorithms, design, and documentation, is owned by Quick2Query and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform or API without explicit written permission.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quick2Query, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our API Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account cancellation feature in your dashboard.
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms, illegal activities, or non-payment of fees.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. We will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to export your data, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
